Ballater Royal Deeside Walking Week May 19th - 26th

Ballater Walking Festival is held annually in May. In 2012, the schedule of walks will be from Saturday May 19th - Saturday May 26th.  It offers a week of walking activities in Royal Deeside and the Cairngorms National Park and each day participants are offered three walks of varying difficulty. Usually about 100 participants, led by professional or experienced and knowledgeable local guides, explore the hills and glens of this beautiful area. the festival is organised by the local community.
